How did you start your Super Star Achiever journey?
"The first step was to listen to the Go Diamond training several times and to understand as best as I could Mr. Buggs' vision. I was excited but nervous because I didn't know how I was going to become a Super Star Achiever. However, I knew it was the first step on the path that Mr. Buggs put in place to help us go Diamond. So, I had to figure it out.
Our Diamonds Sam & Kim Bean made it really simple for us. They always lead by example, so right away in December, their entire organization started working towards the Star Achiever status. Keeping my team plugged into our Diamond's weekly training was key. By the time the Star Achiever program officially launched in February, it was already a part of our team culture, thanks to Mr. & Mrs. Bean."

What was your business strategy for building your team & becoming a Super Star Achiever?
"My business strategy is really simple: Stay plugged in and follow the system.
I'm in ibuumerang for the long haul, so building a strong and stable organization is really important to me. Like many people in this company, my life at baseline is pretty busy. I work full time and have 3 young kids, so for me, the 10 x 2 building strategy is a great fit!
Every month, my minimum goal is to help at least 2 new TSAs get started and to find at least 10 new customers. I'm not the world's best salesperson, so I personally love sampling out our Zence products as a way to build up my customer base.
I teach my team to do the same: use, sample, and sell our products. This helps to put them in a profitable situation and helps them knock out Star Achiever at the same time. It was a lightbulb moment for me when I realized that retailing just 12 boxes of Zence/month would cover the cost of the product, our monthly subscription, and give a profit. Help enough team members to do this and you're a Super Star Achiever."
How many Star Achievers do you have in your team?
"I currently have 20 and counting!"
What advice would you give to those who aspire to become Star Achievers & Super Star Achievers?
"With everything that Mr. Buggs has given us to work with to build our business, everyone in the company can be a Star Achiever if they commit to doing the work. If you are a team of one, your journey to Super Star Achiever starts by committing to being a Lifetime Star Achiever. Build that culture as your team grows and it will pave the road to Super Star Achiever!"
